TSZ1 is a machine produced for pipe/tube sanding, consisting of a three-ball belt sanding unit. Our machines are designed to carry out long-term industrial operations, suitable for long working periods.

TSZ1 can be revised according to customer needs, according to diameters between certain limits, conveyors can be made according to dimensions and lengths. Manual infeeder and outfeeder  are available in TSZ1. It can be produced by including automatic infeeder and outfeeder according to customer request. Long-lasting sanding and polishing machines for soft metal, plastic It can process a variety of materials, including wood, glass and hard steel.

If a better surface is desired, it is recommended to have as many stations, however, additions and subtractions can be made in the design according to the customer's request. Many changes can be made such as the number of stations, external protection, color, automation, etc. It has a waste water tank.

Optionally, an inverter (speed control device) can be added. Separators with sawdust collector magnets can be added or filtration cloths can be added to the design upon request. Carrier conveyors can be built inside and outside the machine, and as part of work safety, protective coverings can be made so that clothes, etc., are not attached to rotating parts.
