TZ11 | Double Arm Band Sanding Machine 

The Tz 11 includes two belt units, one supported by a vertical plate and a horizontal plate. Due to the Angle-adjustable stop, it is ideal for beveling, deburring, or graduated machining (30, 45, or 90) when squaring or straightening with high precision. The table-supported belt sanding device makes it simple to perform flat and vertical operations. The fact that only the surface to be processed is exposed, the wide plates on which the belt sanders are placed and the vertical table in the horizontal sanding unit prevent the part from slipping and provide occupational safety to the user. The interchangeability of the abrasives allows the processing of product of different materials. In addition, dust extraction machine can be connected as needed.

TZ 11 is a belt-shaped machine with two belt sanding units, pulleys and a long strip abrasive that is resistant to shrinkage. The horizontal unit is suitable for sanding, deburring and surface finishing of irregular shaped, curved and profiled elements, as well as the vertical unit. For high precision squaring or straightening operations, it is suitable for cornering, deburring, or graduated machining (30, 45, 90) as desired thanks to the angle adjustable stop. Straight and vertical operations can be done easily in the vertical sanding unit supported by the table. In the horizontal arm, the belt sander provides multi-axis processing in operations such as roughing, shaping and deburring. The fact that only the working areas of the machine are open provides work safety to the user, but also in belt sanding machines, the longer the belt, the longer the working life.
