TZ10/BK consists of a band sanding and disc sanding units. Thanks to its two different units, both flat and shaped parts can be processed in one machine. While the band sanding unit provides convenience in workmanship in curved operations,it allows processing on flat surfaces by supporting the table in the disc part.The interchangeability of the abrasives allows the processing of product of different materials.Their designs are ergonomic and user-friendly.Thanks to these designs, it allows you to easily perform your operations by consuming minimum physical effort.

 The belt sanding unit is a unit in the form of a belt with a long strip of abrasive resistant to shrinkage attached to the pulleys.This unit is suitable for sanding, deburring and surface finishing of irregularly shaped, curved and profiled elements.Belt sander provides multi-axis processing opportunity in processes such as roughing, shaping and deburring. In belt sanding machines, the longer the belt, the longer the working life.

About the Grinding/ TZ10/BK

The operations to be performed on the disc unit are carried out directly with the abrasive disc attached to the metal disc.Since the disc sander has a large circular face, it provides a wide working area.For high precision squaring or straightening operations,It is suitable for corner breaking, deburring, or graduated machining (30, 45, 90) as desired thanks to the angle adjustable stop.Flat and vertical operations can be done easily in the disc sanding unit supported by a table.
